Working Principle
Horizontal forced-air drying oven drives air flow via a built-in low-noise fan, utilizing a single air duct design to circulate air inside the chamber. The heating element heats the air, which is then evenly distributed to the workspace through the duct, completing the drying of materials. A PID LCD temperature controller and a microcomputer system precisely regulate the temperature to maintain the desired constant temperature environment.
Application Areas
Laboratories, research institutions, industrial production, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics, food, material drying and aging testing.

Operation Steps
1. Check the equipment to ensure proper power connection.
2. Open the door and place the material to be dried on the adjustable shelves.
3. Close the door to ensure a good seal.
4. Connect the power supply and set the desired temperature using the PID LCD temperature controller.
5. Adjust the fan speed as needed (if applicable).
6. Start the equipment and observe the temperature display until it stabilizes at the set value.
7. After the drying time is complete, turn off the equipment and remove the material.
Precautions
- Ensure the chamber is placed stably during use.
- Avoid overloading to prevent overheating or damage.
- Regularly clean the air duct side panels and side heating covers to maintain good ventilation.
- Keep the observation window clean to ensure clear visibility.
- Do not use in flammable or explosive environments.
- Confirm that the power supply voltage matches the equipment before operation.
- Avoid frequently opening and closing the chamber door during operation to prevent affecting temperature uniformity.
- If prolonged operation is required, regularly check the equipment status.
- Operators must not be children or untrained personnel.
