Working Principle
This machine automatically controls the feeding movements in the X, Y, and Z axes through a PLC control system to achieve precision cutting. The intelligent cutting function automatically adjusts the cutting depth based on material hardness, combined with variable frequency speed control to regulate the cutting speed, resulting in fast and smooth cutting effects. Automatic cutting supports three modes: continuous, reciprocating, and pulse, and can also be manually operated via a handwheel for cutting.

Operation Steps
1. Open the sliding door of the cutting chamber and clamp the specimen.
2. Set cutting parameters (e.g., cutting mode, feed speed) via the touchscreen or handwheel.
3. Use the external laser positioning to accurately determine the cutting position.
4. Start the cutting program and control the cutting process automatically or manually.
5. After cutting is complete, turn off the power and use a high-pressure water gun to clean the cutting chamber.
6. Perform regular maintenance on the mobile filtration circulating water tank.
