Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge (Coating Penetration Type) adopts the principle of ultrasonic measurement, designed with a high-speed processor and highly integrated chip, enabling portable, non-destructive, fast, and accurate measurement of the thickness and sound velocity of various materials. It features two measurement modes: standard measurement and coating penetration measurement. The penetration mode allows direct measurement of base material thickness without the need to remove paint or coatings, making it suitable for thickness inspection of materials such as metal, quartz, glass, and plastic.

9. Built-in sound velocity for seven commonly used materials, which can be edited for user convenience.
10. User-friendly data saving mode: large-capacity storage with grouping capability. It can store 10 groups of data, with each group holding up to 200 data points, for a total of 2000 data points. Manual saving offers greater autonomy.
11. Large-capacity storage, viewing, and deletion operations are simple and convenient.
12. Supports the use of multiple probes. For high-temperature environments, a high-temperature probe resistant to 300°C can be optionally configured.
Working Principle
This instrument utilizes ultrasonic measurement principles, incorporating a high-speed processor and highly integrated chip design. It penetrates objects at a constant speed and generates reflected waves, enabling portable, non-destructive, fast, and precise thickness measurement. After applying a coupling agent to the surface of the object being measured, place the probe on the contact surface on one side of the object to quickly and accurately measure its thickness.
