Steps of Operation
1. Gap Mode: The roller gap is set via the touchscreen, and the gap recipes used can store at least 10 groups, each with at least 10 segments.
2. Pressure Mode: Operates under a set roller pressure, with a maximum roller pressure of ≥ 200 N/cm.
3. Compensation Mode: If a gap deviation occurs, it can be adjusted online through the touchscreen, allowing the user to make corrections.
4. Cleaning Mode: Gap, pressure, and rotational speed automatically adjust to a safe range for convenient cleaning.
5. Roller Gap Zero-Position Self-Calibration Function: Periodically and automatically calibrates the roller gap to ensure long-term stable operation.
6. Operation Interface: In gap mode, the roller pressure curve is displayed.
7. Supports multi-level operation permission settings on the interface.
8. Includes safety alarm functions with prompts and recovery operations.
Precautions
