The HTR-5 three-roll mill achieves grinding and dispersion through the mutual squeezing of three horizontal ceramic roller surfaces and the shear force generated by different rotational directions and speed differences. It is an effective grinding and dispersion device for high-viscosity materials. Its processing capacity ranges from a minimum of 0.02 L/hour to a maximum of 5 L/hour, meeting laboratory testing requirements. It utilizes stepless speed control for flow regulation and mechanical adjustment for gap spacing. Compact and lightweight in structure, it is easy to place on an experimental table for use.

1. The ceramic roller is made of zirconia ceramic powder, offering excellent dimensional stability, resistance to deformation, no black spots, anti-staining properties, easy cleaning, and high wear resistance.
2. The double bearing structure effectively eliminates the effects of bearing clearance and vibration, improving grinding accuracy and equipment stability.
3. The discharge blade holder is made of aluminum alloy with a special hard surface oxidation treatment, providing corrosion resistance and scratch resistance. The self-adaptive balanced blade holder structure ensures better贴合效果 (contact effect).

Working Principle

Operating steps
1. Check whether the equipment is placed stably, and adjust the leveling feet to ensure stability.
2. Place the material at the feed roller and control the speed via stepless speed adjustment, while mechanically adjusting the gap between the rollers.
3. Start the equipment and observe the grinding and dispersion effect.
4. After grinding, protect the rollers using cleaning safety brackets and proceed with cleaning.
5. Use the emergency stop button to halt the equipment in case of an emergency.
Precautions
-Use a cleaning safety bracket during cleaning to prevent cleaning tools from falling into the feed rollers and causing damage.
- Ensure the ceramic roller protective cover is closed when left stationary to prevent foreign objects from falling in.
