Product Overview
The HMT-250 desktop vacuum defoaming machine combines centrifugal force and vacuum technology. Through revolution and rotation movements, it presses the bubbles inside the material to the surface and completely removes them with vacuum, achieving efficient defoaming. This equipment is suitable for various material mixing and defoaming processes, featuring high repeatability, no bubbles, and easy cleaning.
Product Features
1. Adjustable revolution with a constant rotation ratio, compatible with mixing and defoaming processes for most materials, stable and reliable.
2. Capable of setting and storing 8 sets of recipes, each with 5 stages for corresponding speed and time to meet different material requirements.
3. Highly repeatable results, bubble-free, easy to clean, extremely efficient, and reduces material exposure.
4. Removable sealed cylindrical filter core with a large air passage area, ensuring effective filtration.
5. Protection and emergency stop functions: stops operation and triggers an alarm when the door cover is not closed, excessive vibration occurs, or the motor malfunctions.
6. Data export function: records operation time, operation parameters, vacuum values, and other data for traceability.
Working principle
Revolution: The carrier revolves around the central axis within the equipment chamber at a set revolution speed. Using the centrifugal force generated, it causes the material inside the carrier to move along the vector direction, pressing downward and expelling air bubbles. Rotation: The carrier rotates at a high speed on its own. Under the simultaneous influence of the forces from both revolution and rotation, the material forms a vortex flow under the resultant force, achieving thorough mixing. Combined with a vacuum environment, the air bubbles on the material's surface are completely extracted.
Fields of Application
Material mixing and degassing process
Operational steps
1. Set and memorize one of the 8 sets of recipes as needed; each set can be adjusted for corresponding speed and time in up to 5 stages.
2. Place the materials into the carrier and ensure the lid is properly closed.
3. Start the machine; the equipment will perform revolution and self-rotation according to the set parameters, combined with a vacuum to complete degassing.
4. After the operation, record data such as operation time, parameters, and vacuum value.
5. Clean the equipment and check whether the filter element needs replacement.
