Product Overview
The HMC-350-2 desktop vacuum defoamer uses powerful centrifugal force to press bubbles in the material to the surface, and then combines high vacuum to completely remove them, achieving efficient defoaming.
Product Features
1. The ST vacuum pump, utilizing American technology, offers low noise and high vacuum efficiency. The Panasonic digital display allows for adjustable vacuum level settings.
2. Industry-first dual-motor parallel-drive technology, with revolution and rotation controlled by two independent motors that do not interfere with each other.
3. Revolution and rotation speeds can be set independently, accommodating a wide range of materials. Larger single-batch processing capacity reduces temperature rise, protecting materials.
4. Enables setting and memorizing 20 recipes, each with 10 stages corresponding to speed and time, adapting to different material requirements.
5. High repeatability, bubble-free results, easy cleaning, high efficiency, and reduced material exposure.
6. Removable sealed cylindrical filter core with large air passage area ensuring excellent filtration performance.
7. Protective features include prevention of startup when the door is open, automatic stop and alarm upon startup interruption, stop and alarm in case of excessive vibration or motor malfunction, and an emergency stop function.
8. Data export function: records operation time, operation parameters, vacuum values, and other data for traceability.
Operating Principle
During revolution, the carrier rotates around the central axis at a set speed inside the equipment chamber, generating centrifugal force that moves materials along the vector direction and squeezes and evacuates bubbles downward. During rotation, the carrier spins at high speed on its own, and the force combined with revolution forms a vortex-like flow, thoroughly stirring the materials, while combined with vacuum, the bubbles are completely extracted.
Application Fields
Material degassing and mixing stirring.
Operating Steps
1. Set the vacuum target value via the digital display meter according to material requirements.
2. Configure the revolution and rotation speed, time, and stage parameters, then save or recall recipes.
3. Place the container with materials into the equipment chamber and close the lid.
4. Confirm the lid is properly closed and start the equipment operation.
5. Monitor the vacuum value and operating parameters during operation; the equipment will automatically alarm and stop if any abnormality occurs.
6. After operation, remove the container and clean the equipment.
Precautions
- Ensure the door cover is completely closed before starting the machine.
- Avoid excessive vibration during operation, otherwise the equipment may stop and alarm.
- If the motor malfunctions, it will automatically stop and alarm; timely inspection is required.
- Regularly clean the removable filter element to maintain filtration efficiency.
- Use the emergency stop function to immediately halt the machine in emergency situations.
- Avoid overloading to protect materials and reduce temperature rise.
- The data export function requires obtaining operational data through the recording function.
