Product Overview
The HMC-200 desktop vacuum degassing machine uses powerful centrifugal force to press internal bubbles in the material to the surface, and is complemented by a high vacuum to thoroughly extract the bubbles. This equipment combines revolutionary and rotational motion to ensure uniform mixing and efficient degassing of the material.
Product Features
1. ST vacuum pump using American technology, with a power of approximately 0.7kW, low noise, and high vacuum level, equipped with a Panasonic digital display for adjusting the vacuum set value.
2. The revolution speed is adjustable, while the rotation ratio remains constant, suitable for the mixing and defoaming process of most materials.
3. Capable of setting and storing 8 groups of recipes, each containing 5 stages (with adjustable speed and time), to meet different material requirements.
4. High repeatability of results, no bubbles, easy to clean, extremely efficient, reducing material exposure.
5. Removable sealed cylindrical filter cartridge with a large surface area for gas passage and good filtration effect.
6. Equipped with protection and emergency stop functions: prohibits startup when the door cover is not closed; stops and alarms during operation if the door cover is not closed, excessive vibration occurs, or the motor malfunctions.
7. Data export function: records operation time, operation parameters, vacuum values, and other data for traceability.
Working Principle
The equipment operates through the coordinated action of revolution and rotation. During revolution, the carrier rotates around the central axis, utilizing centrifugal force to press materials downward along a vector direction and expel bubbles. During rotation, the carrier spins at high speed, combining with the revolutionary force to create a vortex-like flow that thoroughly stirs the material, achieving complete deaeration with the assistance of a vacuum.
Application Areas
Material mixing and degassing process.
Operating steps
1. Set the recipe according to material requirements (up to 8 groups, each group can set the speed and time in 5 stages).
2. Place the material into the carrier and close the lid.
3. Start the equipment, ensure the lid is completely closed, and the machine will run automatically.
4. Adjust the vacuum level setpoint as needed.
5. After the operation is complete, remove the processed material.
6. If data recording is required, use the data export function to view the operation history.
Precautions
- Before operation, ensure the lid is fully closed; otherwise, the machine will not start or will stop and alarm during operation.
- If abnormal vibration or motor failure occurs during operation, the device will immediately stop and alarm, requiring inspection before restart.
- The filter cartridge is designed to be detachable and should be cleaned or replaced regularly to maintain filtration efficiency.
- Avoid prolonged overload usage to prevent negatively impacting the device's lifespan.
- When setting recipes, adjust the speed and time parameters according to the material characteristics to optimize the defoaming effect.
