The Shanghai Xi-HLC-3030 constant temperature bath adopts a newly advanced international refrigeration system, offering stable and reliable performance. It features both internal and external circulation functions. The internal circulation allows constant temperature testing directly within the bath, while the external circulation uses a high-pressure pump to circulate the liquid medium within the bath, enhancing temperature uniformity and reducing fluctuations. This instrument is widely used in research departments, higher education institutions, enterprise quality inspection and production departments in fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, biological engineering, healthcare, life sciences, light industry and food, physical property testing, and chemical analysis. Working Principle
The working principle of the constant temperature bath is to use the outlet to externally direct the constant temperature medium from the tank through insulated hoses, establishing an external constant temperature and providing a cooling liquid at a stable temperature for testing experiments or production. The liquid medium circulates through a high-pressure pump to enhance temperature uniformity within the tank, reduce temperature fluctuations, and allow the cooling liquid to be recycled and reused.

Operating steps
1. Ensure the constant temperature bath is properly connected to the power supply and external circulation pipelines.
2. Add an appropriate amount of liquid medium into the tank, ensuring the liquid level is not below the safety line.
3. Set the desired temperature using the large LCD display panel.
4. Independently activate or deactivate functions such as heating, cooling, and internal/external circulation as needed.
5. Monitor the temperature and system status, and wait for the temperature to stabilize before starting the experiment or test.
6. After use, turn off the power, drain the liquid, and clean the tank.
Precautions
- Ensure the liquid medium level is not lower than the heating tube before use to prevent dry heating.
- Avoid activating the heating function without a liquid medium.
- Regularly clean the dust inside the side panels of the instrument to maintain cooling performance.
- When connecting circulation ports and drainage outlets, ensure the joints are installed correctly and securely.
- Drain the liquid before transportation or moving to prevent damage to internal components.
- In case of overheating or an alarm, immediately stop using and check the cause of the fault.
