The constant temperature bath HLC-3015 incorporates an internationally advanced new refrigeration system, ensuring stable and reliable performance. It features both internal and external circulation functions: the internal circulation enables direct constant temperature testing of samples within the bath, while the external circulation uses a high-pressure pump to draw the constant temperature medium out of the bath, establishing an external constant temperature environment. This provides uniformly temperature-regulated cooling liquid that can be recycled and reused.

Operating Principle
The constant temperature medium in the tank is externally directed through the outlet using an insulated hose to establish external constant temperature, providing constant temperature coolant for testing experiments or production. The internal circulation allows direct constant temperature testing of samples within the tank, while the external circulation function uses a high-pressure pump to circulate and maintain the constant temperature of the liquid medium in the tank, enhancing temperature uniformity and reducing temperature fluctuations. The constant temperature coolant can be recycled and reused.

Operating Procedures
1. Check that all components of the constant temperature bath are securely connected.
2. Set the temperature and operating mode (heating, cooling, internal/external circulation) as required.
3. Start the instrument and observe the LCD display to confirm the actual temperature changes.
4. If external circulation is needed, connect the insulated hose to the external equipment using the barbed fitting.
5. After use, turn off the power and drain the liquid from the tank (if necessary).

- Ensure the liquid level is above the heating tube before use to prevent dry heating.
- Avoid starting heating or cooling without a liquid medium.
- Regularly clean the condenser and door panel dust to maintain cooling efficiency.
- Protect the drain valve and circulation ports during transportation or handling.
- In case of an alarm, promptly check the liquid level and temperature settings.
- Securely fasten the external circulation hose to prevent leakage.
- When not in use for an extended period, drain the liquid and clean the inner tank.
