Product Overview
The HUXI HLC-1006W horizontal thermostat bath is a compact and elegantly designed temperature control device, which can be used as a dedicated constant temperature bath for viscometers or for other constant temperature experiments. Its large Φ110mm opening accommodates beakers of various sizes, including 500ml, and is equipped with stainless steel bracket bases of different specifications, facilitating rotational viscometer testing. This bath fully complies with the JJG 1002-2005 Verification Regulation for Rotational Viscometers. The liquid temperature inside the bath is directly transferred to the sample, and the rotor of the rotational viscometer can be conveniently placed into the beaker for testing.

Working Principle
The thermostatic bath precisely regulates temperature through a PID control system. The liquid inside the bath maintains a constant temperature via a stirring circulation motor and a fully enclosed compressor refrigeration system. The temperature is directly transferred to the sample placed in the bath through the liquid, and the rotor of the rotational viscometer can perform tests within the beaker. The instrument features both internal and external circulation functions. External circulation can achieve constant temperature externally through connected silicone tubes, while for internal circulation, the inlet and outlet can be short-circuited to evenly distribute the temperature within the bath.
