Horizontal Constant Temperature Bath HLC-0506W is an optimized product developed by Huxi Company based on its original constant temperature baths. It is compact in size and elegantly designed. It can be used as a dedicated constant temperature bath for viscometers, as well as for other constant temperature experiments. The liquid temperature inside the bath is directly transferred to the test sample, allowing the rotor of the rotational viscometer to be easily placed into the beaker for testing, fully complying with the JJG 1002-2005 Verification Regulation of Rotational Viscometers.
1. PID control with set temperature, set time, and actual temperature display; independent start/stop for cooling and circulation functions, and background password login permission. 2. The control section adopts ABS molded design with an overall streamlined appearance, and R-rounded corners to avoid injury from sharp edges. 3. High-performance stirred circulation motor with low noise, low heat generation, semi-enclosed design, and long service life; uses a heat-free circulation pump to avoid affecting the temperature field of the tank. 4. 304 stainless steel worktop and inner tank; the cooling coil has positioning and surface treatment processes to prevent loosening or rusting. 5. The motor impeller is available in fully enclosed and semi-enclosed types, with an optional liquid level alarm device and multiple safety protections such as low-liquid-level dry heating protection. 6. Features power-off protection and over-temperature/over-time alarm. 7. Fully enclosed compressor refrigeration unit with multiple protection devices against overheating and overcurrent. 8. The surrounding door panels are flexible and removable for easy dust cleaning. 9. Circulation ports and drain outlets use 304 stainless steel hose barbs, with the drain valve built in and concealed. 10. Equipped with internal and external circulation functions; standard configuration includes two sections of silicone tubes with insulation sleeves for external circulation, plus an additional silicone tube for internal circulation short-circuiting or drainage.
The horizontal constant-temperature bath generates cooling through a fully sealed compressor refrigeration system, while utilizing a high-performance stirring circulation motor to drive liquid flow within the bath. Combined with PID control for precise temperature adjustment, it stabilizes the liquid temperature inside the bath and transfers it to the test sample. Users can perform tests by placing a rotational viscometer rotor into a beaker and connect external devices using the internal and external circulation functions.
Constant temperature bath for viscometer, other constant temperature experiments, verification of rotational viscometers.

1. Place the instrument on a stable surface and check that the power connection is normal. 2. If an external circulation is needed, connect the silicone tube to the external circulation port; if internal circulation is required, short-circuit the inlet and outlet. 3. Inject an appropriate amount of liquid into the tank, place the beaker or container on the stainless steel base, and ensure the rotor can be easily inserted. 4. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and set the required parameters such as temperature and time on the touch panel. 5. Start the refrigeration and circulation functions, and observe the temperature display until it stabilizes at the set value. 6. Place the rotor into the beaker for experiments or tests. 7. After the experiment, turn off the power, clean the liquid in the tank, and disassemble or open the door panel to remove dust.
- Check that the liquid level is sufficient before use to avoid damage to the heating tube caused by dry heating at low liquid levels. - Ensure that the power supply voltage meets requirements to avoid overload operation. - Avoid bumping into the instrument during operation. Although the R-rounded design is safe, it still requires care. - After extended periods of operation, periodically disassemble and clean the door panels on all sides to remove dust in order to maintain cooling efficiency. - The drain valve is built in with a concealed design; ensure correct operation before draining. - If a liquid level alarm device is selected, pay attention to the visual and audible alarms and address the issue promptly. - The backend password login authorization is used for parameter modification; ensure the password is kept securely. - Use molded foam packaging during transport; after unboxing, check that the instrument is intact. - When selecting a stainless steel base, ensure it matches the dimensions of the container to avoid instability. - Conduct rotational viscometer verification in accordance with the requirements of JJG 1002-2005.
