Product Overview
Huinuo HN-SUN-SE Laboratory Water Purifier is specifically designed to meet the daily water needs of laboratories. It utilizes reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment technology along with a four-stage precision filtration system, using municipal tap water as the source to consistently produce purified water that meets Grade III water standards. The equipment features a compact structure and is equipped with a built-in 10G large-capacity pressure tank, enabling fully automated water production and storage. It serves as an economical and reliable basic purified water solution for various laboratories.
Product Features
1. High-efficiency RO reverse osmosis technology, with a pore size of only 0.0001 microns, effectively removing fine impurities, colloids, organic matter, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, etc., with an effective removal rate of ≥96%.
2. Silent and stable operation, featuring a brand high-pressure silent pump for low noise and minimal vibration.
3. Four-stage precision filtration system, including a PP precision filter, CTO activated carbon filter, RO reverse osmosis membrane, and ultra-purification column for progressive water purification.
4. Intelligent fully automatic control, with automatic water production and storage, automatic shutdown when the tank is full, automatic startup when water level drops, and automatic standby when raw water supply is interrupted.
5. Real-time monitoring of effluent water quality, with a digital display panel showing conductivity readings in real time.
6. High-quality water circuit system, using inert materials such as PE and POM to reduce secondary contamination, with an optimized pipeline design to minimize residual water.
7. Convenient maintenance and economical operation; the pretreatment filter is replaceable, and the built-in snap-in cartridge allows for quick replacement, with cost-effective consumable prices.
Working principle
The equipment uses municipal tap water as its source and purifies it step by step through a four-stage precision filtration system. The first stage, a PP filter cartridge, removes particulate impurities larger than 1 micron. The second stage, an activated carbon filter cartridge, adsorbs odors, tastes, and chemical substances. The third stage, an RO reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of 0.0001 microns, filters out organic matter, heavy metals, bacteria, and other impurities. Finally, an ultrapurification column further enhances water quality, producing pure water that meets the Grade 3 water standard. The system operates fully automatically for water production and storage while monitoring the output water quality in real time.
Application Areas
Routine analytical experiments, glassware cleaning, buffer preparation, culture media preparation, water intake for ultrapure water systems, and water supply for humidifiers/constant temperature and humidity equipment.
Operation Steps
1. Confirm that the raw water meets equipment requirements, and if necessary, select an enhanced pre-treatment unit.
2. Connect the equipment to the municipal tap water supply.
3. Plug in the power supply, and the equipment will automatically start the water production process.
4. Monitor the conductivity displayed on the digital panel to ensure the water quality meets requirements.
5. Use the purified water for experiments or applications.
6. Regularly inspect and replace the pre-treatment filter cartridges to maintain normal equipment operation.
Precautions
- When the TDS of raw water exceeds 200 mg/L or levels of residual chlorine, iron, manganese, or other indicators exceed standards, an enhanced pre-treatment system should be selected.
- Raw water or operating conditions that do not meet the specified parameters may cause contamination or damage to the membrane components; such cases are not covered under warranty.
- Pre-treatment filter cartridges need to be replaced regularly to maintain equipment performance.
