Product Overview
The HN-UV-SPRAY laboratory water purification system utilizes advanced reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment technology, combined with a four-stage precision filtration system, specifically designed to provide stable and reliable Grade 3 purified water for laboratories. The equipment features a scientifically optimized design, quiet operation, and easy maintenance, making it suitable for a variety of experimental and analytical applications.
Product Features
1. High-efficiency reverse osmosis technology: Utilizes high-quality RO membranes to remove fine impurities, colloids, organic matter, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and pyrogens, with a removal rate of ≥96%.
2. Brand high-pressure silent pump: Low noise, minimal vibration, long lifespan, and stable, reliable operation.
3. Replaceable pre-treatment filter cartridge: Convenient replacement design with cost-effective cartridge renewal.
4. Online water quality monitoring: Digital display panel for real-time monitoring of output water quality.
5. Inert material closed system: Pipes and connectors are made of inert materials PE and POM to prevent secondary contamination.
6. Optimized three-dimensional structural design: Shortest internal pipe connection paths to reduce residual water retention.
7. Fully automatic operation: Auto-shutdown when the water tank is full, auto-start when water level drops, and auto-standby when raw water is cut off or water pressure is too low.
8. Four-stage precision filtration system: PP precision filter, CTO activated carbon filter, RO reverse osmosis membrane, and ultra-purification column, with output water resistivity reaching 10–15 MΩ·cm.
Working Principle
The equipment treats raw water step by step through a four-stage precision filtration system. The first stage, a PP precision filter cartridge, intercepts particles ≥1μm such as sediment, rust, and suspended solids. The second stage, a CTO activated carbon filter cartridge, removes discoloration, odors, residual chlorine, pesticides, and other chemical substances, and eliminates harmful ions such as heavy metals and nitrites through oxidation-reduction reactions. The third stage, a RO reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of 0.0001μm, filters out heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, endotoxins, etc., achieving a desalination rate of ≥96%, with harmful substances automatically discharged through the wastewater system. The fourth stage, a high-purity purification column, further purifies the water, resulting in an effluent resistivity of 10–15 MΩ·cm.
Application Areas
Physical and chemical analysis experiments, biological experiments, environmental monitoring, food testing, teaching and research, industrial laboratories, experimental equipment cleaning, and small-scale pure water supply.
Precautions
- Prior to use, confirm that the raw water quality meets specifications; raw water that does not comply with the parameters may cause contamination or damage to the membrane module.
- If the raw water TDS exceeds 200 mg/L or indicators such as residual chlorine, iron, or manganese exceed standard levels, an enhanced pre-treatment device should be selected.
- If the raw water TDS exceeds 200 ppm, it is recommended to opt for enhanced pre-treatment or choose another series of ultrapure water systems.
- The water production rate depends on the supply water pressure and the condition of the filter elements.
- To ensure normal operation of the equipment, verify that the raw water quality meets the required parameters.
