Designed for laboratory applications with high water quality requirements, the Huinuo HN-SUN-3DZ laboratory ultrapure water system utilizes advanced two-stage reverse osmosis water treatment technology and a two-stage resin purification process. Using municipal tap water as the source, it consistently produces ultrapure water that meets Grade 1 water standards, with a resistivity of ≥10MΩ·cm. The system has a production rate of approximately 100 liters per hour and is equipped with a standard external 10G pressure tank and an 80L large-capacity storage tank, meeting the continuous and high-volume water demands of the laboratory.

Working Principle
The equipment uses municipal tap water as the source. It first undergoes pretreatment through a PP precision filter and an activated carbon filter to remove suspended solids, residual chlorine, and other impurities. It then passes through two stages of reverse osmosis membrane filtration, sequentially eliminating fine impurities, organic matter, heavy metals, bacteria, and other harmful substances, with an effective desalination rate of ≥96%. Finally, it enters a two-stage resin filtration system, utilizing high-quality branded ultrapure water terminal filter media to further purify the water quality, steadily producing ultrapure water with a resistivity of ≥10 MΩ·cm.

Operation Steps
1. Connect the equipment to the municipal tap water supply and ensure that the raw water pressure meets the requirements.
2. Plug in the power and turn on the power switch; the equipment will automatically start producing water.
3. Observe the digital display panel to monitor the conductivity and resistivity of the pure water, ensuring the output water quality meets standards.
4. When the water tank is full, the equipment will automatically shut down; when the water level drops, the equipment will automatically restart to produce water.
5. Replace the pre-treatment filter cartridges periodically as needed.
6. If use is to be stopped, turn off the power switch and disconnect the water supply.
Precautions
- This equipment has certain requirements for raw water supply conditions. Changes in raw water conditions and operating conditions will lead to changes in production capacity.
- Raw water and operating conditions that do not meet the specifications may cause contamination and damage to the RO membrane components. If equipment performance is compromised as a result, it will not be covered under warranty.
- If operation beyond the specified conditions is required, a suitable pre-treatment system must be selected to improve raw water quality.
- The secondary resin filter is non-recyclable and must be replaced directly.
- Maintenance and filter replacement should be carried out according to the product instructions to avoid improper operation.
