Operating Principle
It adopts the multi-positive-pressure test principle. By applying positive-pressure gas into the interior of the test sample, it monitors pressure changes or sample rupture to determine seal strength and leakage performance. During testing, the instrument automatically controls the pressurization process and records the pressure curve in real time. Based on different test modes (such as burst test, creep test, etc.), it analyzes the sealing strength, pressure resistance, and sealing performance of the packaging.
Application Fields
Plastic composite bags, tubes, blister packaging, leak testing (pressure decay method), cylindrical composite cans, three-side heat-seal material, tamper-evident bottle caps, aerosol valves.
Meets the standard
ISO 11607-1、ISO 11607-2、GB/T 10440、GB 18454、GB 19741、GB 17447、ASTM F1140、ASTM F2054、GB/T 17876、GB/T 10004、BB/T 0025、QB/T 1871、YBB 00252005、YBB 00162002
Operation Steps
1. Properly install the test specimen onto the test interface
2. Select the test mode according to the test requirements (e.g., burst test, creep test, etc.)
3. Set the test parameters (e.g., test pressure, hold time, gas flow rate, etc.)
4. Start the test; the instrument automatically applies pressure and displays the pressure curve in real time
5. After the test is completed, read and record the test results
6. For data storage or printing, export via internal storage or USB interface
Precautions
- Ensure the specimen is installed and sealed before testing to avoid air leaks that may affect results.
- Select the appropriate range to avoid damaging the instrument by exceeding its capacity.
- When using a high-precision gas flow regulation device, adjust the inlet flow accurately to ensure repeatability.
- When selecting test accessories, connect them correctly as per the instructions.
- Calibrate the instrument regularly to ensure test accuracy.
- Operators must have basic permissions and log in with a password to use the instrument.
- Back up data storage to prevent accidental loss.
