Product Overview
The FIT-01 film pendulum impact tester, manufactured by Chenchi, is specifically designed for accurately determining the pendulum impact resistance of materials such as plastic films, sheets, composite films, and metal foils.
Product Features
1. The system is equipped with a microcomputer control, an 8-inch touch screen, and a PVC operation panel, supporting a menu-based interface for quick operation and data viewing.
2. The range is adjustable, and electronic measurement allows for easy and accurate testing under various conditions.
3. The pneumatic clamping of the specimen, pneumatic release of the pendulum, and the horizontal adjustment assistance system effectively prevent system errors caused by human factors.
4. The system automatically compiles test data and displays the results intuitively.
5. It uses precision imported components, offering superior performance and more reliable quality.
6. It is equipped with a micro printer and a standard RS232 interface for easy external connection and data transmission to a computer.
Working Principle
The film impact tester uses a hemispherical punch to impact and penetrate the film specimen at a certain speed, measuring the energy consumed by the punch to evaluate the pendulum impact resistance of the film.
Application Fields
For plastic films, sheets, composite films, metal foils, PE/PP composite films for food and pharmaceutical packaging, aluminized films, aluminum-plastic composite films, nylon films, paper, paperboard, cigarette packaging aluminized paper, and Tetra Pak aluminum-plastic-paper composites.
Compliant with standards
GB/T 8809、ASTM D3420、NF T54-116
Operation steps
1. Check whether all components of the equipment are intact before use.
2. Adjust the range according to the test requirements.
3. Place the specimen in the fixture and secure it using the pneumatic clamping system.
4. Activate the leveling assistance system to ensure the equipment is level.
5. Set the test parameters via the touch screen or control panel.
6. Activate the pneumatic pendulum release device to perform the impact test.
7. The system automatically records and compiles the test data, outputting the results via the screen or printer.
8. If connecting to a computer, transfer data through the RS232 interface.
Precautions
- Read the product manual carefully before use and comply with safety operation procedures.
- Ensure the equipment is placed on a stable and level workbench.
- Regularly inspect the pneumatic clamping and release system to ensure proper operation.
- Avoid operating in harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, or dusty areas.
- When changing specimens, pay attention to fixture adjustments to avoid damaging the specimen or equipment.
- Only use specimens that meet standard requirements for testing.
- If any abnormal noise or equipment malfunction occurs, stop using it immediately and contact professionals for repair.
- Keep the equipment clean, preventing liquids or particles from entering the internal structure.
- If not in use for an extended period, disconnect the power supply and store properly.
