Product Overview
The Yunda YD-JLQ 10L Fiber Disintegrator is a specialized device for wet pulp disintegration, complying with ISO 5263 standards. It separates intertwined fibers in water through mechanical treatment while preserving the original structural properties of the fibers. Suitable for large, medium, and small paper mills, pulp mills, as well as research institutions and quality testing center laboratories, it is used for pulp disintegration and extracting standard pulp samples. It is the preferred equipment for studying, improving, and enhancing product quality.
Product Features
1. Fully complies with the requirements of ISO 5263, "Laboratory Wet Disintegration of Pulp."
2. Maximally preserves the original structural properties of the fibers.
3. Ensures the acquisition of reliable data from experiments, scientifically guiding research and production.
4. Enables efficient and economical utilization of raw pulp.
5. Suitable for large, medium, and small-scale paper mills, pulp mills, research institutions, and quality testing center laboratories.
Working principle.
The fiber standard disintegrator uses mechanical treatment to separate interwoven fibers in water through the action of the disintegrator, while preserving the original structural properties of the fibers to the greatest extent, enabling wet disintegration of the pulp. The pulp processed in this way can be used in experiments to obtain reliable data, guiding scientific research and production.
Application Areas
Laboratories of large, medium, and small-scale paper mills, pulp mills, research institutions, and quality testing centers.
Conforms to the standard
ISO 5263 "Pulps—Laboratory wet disintegration", QB/T 1462-1992 "Laboratory wet disintegration of pulp", JIS P8220-2-2012, TAPPI-T205
