Product Overview
The Yunda YD-PPQ-L Table Tennis Durability Tester is used to test the durability of table tennis balls. It simulates the impact process through components such as the impact shaft and lifting ball seat, automatically records the number of impacts, and features data collection and printing functions.
Product Features
1. Automatic rotation of sample balls to avoid human-induced testing errors, improve work efficiency, and reduce safety hazards.
2. Intelligent human-machine system with real-time test display and data storage for easy traceability.
3. Thermal printer for direct printing of test data, eliminating the need for manual recording.
Working Principle
The main unit features a 15mm diameter impact shaft and a 30mm diameter lifting ball seat, with an impact frequency of 95 to 100 impacts per minute and an impact depth of 1.5mm. After each impact, the sample ball rotates along the seam by 3mm to 5mm. The impact count is automatically recorded by a counter to conduct durability testing.
Application Areas
Table tennis ball durability test
Compliant with standards
GB/T19851.8-2005、GB/T 20045-2005
Operating steps
1. Place the table tennis ball on the lifting ball holder.
2. Start the equipment, and the impact shaft will strike at the set frequency.
3. The equipment automatically collects and records the number of impacts.
4. Real-time data can be viewed through the intelligent human-machine system.
5. Use the thermal printer to directly print the test results.
Precautions
- Ensure the impact axis and ball seat are clean and free of foreign objects.
- Check before use that the impact frequency and depression depth meet the requirements.
- Calibrate the counter regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Avoid operating the equipment in humid or dusty environments.
- Pay attention to safety during operation to prevent pinching injuries.
- Back up data promptly after saving to prevent loss.
