The laboratory high-pressure digester (model YD-ZZG) is a device designed to simulate the working principle of a steam ball in production. It is suitable for alkaline pulping of various fiber raw materials in paper laboratory, and can also be used for material cooking in fields such as biomedical and food processing, or to provide steam heat for other laboratory equipment. Through the circular motion of the cooker body, the pulp is thoroughly mixed to obtain the desired pulp according to the process needs, providing a basis for developing the cooking process for production.

1. The rotation of the pot body thoroughly mixes the raw materials and medicinal liquid, ensuring uniform concentration and temperature of the liquid, and consistent slurry quality.
2. The low liquid ratio and high concentration of medicinal liquid reduce cooking time.
3. The pot body is precision-made from 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, with an optional upgrade to 316L stainless steel.
4. The geared motor directly drives the pot body rotation, resulting in low noise and stable operation.
5. The electrical control system uses brushless conduction, eliminating common faults of slip rings and carbon brushes such as poor contact, sparking, inaccurate temperature measurement, temperature loss of control, and pressure loss of control.
6. The outer shell is made of high-quality new insulation materials, ensuring a low outer surface temperature and fast heating speed.
Working Principle
The equipment simulates the working principle of a spherical digester in production. It is driven directly by a geared motor to perform circular motion, thoroughly mixing the raw materials and chemical liquor inside the vessel. This ensures uniform chemical concentration and temperature, enabling the cooking process to be completed under suitable conditions, resulting in pulp or materials that meet process requirements.

Operating Steps
1. Load the raw materials and liquid medicine into the pot body.
2. Close the lid and ensure a good seal.
3. Connect the power supply and start the device, setting cooking parameters such as temperature, time, and rotation speed.
4. Initiate pot body rotation to start the cooking process.
5. After cooking is complete, stop the rotation and wait for cooling.
6. Open the lid and remove the finished slurry or material.
Precautions
- Before operation, check the sealing of the pot body to ensure no leakage.
- Do not touch high-temperature components during the steaming process to prevent burns.
- Regularly inspect the electronic control system to avoid failures in the brushless conductive device.
- Clean the interior of the pot body promptly after use to prevent residual corrosion.
- Set the temperature, pressure, and time strictly in accordance with the process parameters to avoid over-limit operation.
- If used for steaming other materials, confirm the material compatibility and safety.
