Product Overview
The Schopper folding endurance tester is mainly used to test the folding durability of materials such as paper, paperboard, textiles, plastic films, and wires. It provides important reference data for production enterprises in related industries to control product quality, improve production processes, and develop new products, ensuring that materials can withstand external forces like folding without damage during practical use.
Product Features
1. Counting function: Groups A and B can count individually.
2. Working modes: Includes break mode and count mode.
3. Data processing function: Equipped with data statistics capability and supports data printing.
Working principle
This instrument evaluates the folding durability of materials by simulating the process of withstanding external forces such as folding during actual use, thereby assessing the quality and service life of the material.
Application Fields
Paper, paperboard, textiles, plastic film, wire.
Meets standards
QB/T 457-2002 "Paper - Determination of Folding Endurance" and other relevant standards.
Operation steps
1. Place the material to be tested in the designated testing position of the instrument as required.
2. Select the appropriate working mode (fracture mode or cycle mode) based on the test requirements.
3. Start the instrument to conduct the folding test.
4. Observe and record the individual count results for Group A or Group B.
5. After the test is completed, use the data processing function to perform statistical analysis and print the results.
Precautions
- Ensure correct placement of materials during use to avoid test errors
- Perform regular maintenance on the instrument to ensure the accuracy of counting and data processing functions
- Conduct testing operations strictly in accordance with standard requirements
