Product Overview
Paper Bowl Compression Testing Machine (model YD-ZWK) is a testing instrument used to evaluate the compressive strength performance of objects. It is primarily suitable for measuring the compressive strength and deformation of various types of paper cups, paper bowls, paper buckets (such as KFC family buckets, Master Kong bowl noodles, Xiang Piaopiao milk tea cups), paper tubes, small packaging boxes, and other small containers or honeycomb cardboard. This instrument features functions for testing, conversion, adjustment, display, memory, and statistical printing of various parameters, as well as data processing capabilities. It can directly provide statistical results of various data and automatically reset. It is easy to operate, simple to adjust, and stable in performance.
Product Features
1. It has functions such as testing, conversion, adjustment, display, memory, and statistical printing of various parameters.
2. It is equipped with data processing capabilities, allowing direct calculation of statistical results for various data.
3. It can automatically reset, is easy to operate, easy to adjust, and offers stable performance.
Working Principle
The paper bowl compression testing machine applies pressure to test the compressive strength and deformation of small containers such as paper cups and paper bowls, or honeycomb cardboard. The instrument has built-in sensors to record data, and the control system performs parameter conversion, adjustment, and display, ultimately outputting statistical results.
Application Fields
Paper cups, paper bowls, paper barrels (KFC family bucket, Kangshifu bowl noodles, Xiangpiaopiao milk tea cups), paper tubes, small packaging boxes, other types of small containers, honeycomb paperboards.
Conform to standards
QB/T1048-98 and other standards
Operating steps
1. Place the sample on the test bench.
2. Set the required test parameters (such as pressure range, speed, etc.).
3. Start the instrument to perform the compression test.
4. The instrument automatically records and displays the test data.
5. Select to print the test results as needed.
6. The instrument automatically resets, ready for the next test.
Precautions
- Ensure the instrument is placed on a stable and level surface before operation.
- Conduct tests strictly within the set parameter range to avoid exceeding limits.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration to ensure testing accuracy.
- Avoid touching moving parts during testing to prevent accidental injury.
- Keep the testing environment dry and clean to avoid affecting instrument performance.
- Clean up test residues promptly after use to extend the equipment's lifespan.
