Product Overview
The Automatic Film Coater TM1000/12 is a device used for coating films in laboratories, replacing manual coating to achieve automated application, thereby improving film coating accuracy and efficiency. This model is a basic wire bar coater featuring a new wire bar installation method, with speed control and coating length adjustment functions. It is suitable for high-precision automatic film coating and prototyping in laboratories of universities, research institutes, new materials, and lithium batteries.
Product Features
1. Ultra-flat glass base plate for 3D printing platforms, offering high flatness, made from Jinjing raw glass, heat resistant up to 600°C, scratch and wear resistant.
2. Equipped with a high-precision film applicator, using an imported original wire-wound rod for uniform coating and high accuracy.
3. Touchscreen control panel for easy operation.
4. Adjustable coating length and speed, with a maximum coating speed of 300mm/s.
5. Simple snap-fit wire-wound rod slot for easy installation and removal, minimizing rod wear.
Working principle
The working principle of the automatic film applicator is to uniformly spread the sample onto the substrate by controlling the coating head and coating parameters, forming the desired film. This equipment uses a wire-wound rod as the coating tool, achieving precise film application by adjusting the speed and length.
Application Fields
Coating, ink, paint, slurry, lithium battery, polymer materials, pharmaceutical agents, and other film preparation can be applied by刮涂 on surfaces such as glass, cardboard, fabric, metal plates, and plastic sheets.
Operating Steps
1) Place the substrate on the ultra-flat glass base plate;
2) Install the wire bar into the snap-fit wire bar slot;
3) Set the coating length and coating speed (up to 300mm/s) via the touch screen;
4) Start the coating machine to perform automatic coating;
5) Remove the sample after coating is completed.
Precautions
- Ensure the glass base plate is clean and scratch-free;
- Avoid collisions when loading and unloading the wire rod to prevent wear;
- When using high-temperature resistant substrates, ensure the temperature does not exceed 600°C;
- Adjust the coating speed according to the sample characteristics to avoid uneven application due to excessive speed;
- After operation, clean the wire rod and base plate, and keep the equipment dry.
