Product Overview
The automatic film coater is a device used in laboratories for coating films, replacing manual coating with automated processes to improve coating accuracy and efficiency. This film coater is a wire bar and scraper coater, utilizing two coating methods: wire bar and scraper, with a vacuum adsorption function. The innovative wire bar installation method and flip-top scraper head significantly enhance coating efficiency, facilitate cleaning, and support speed control and coating length adjustment. It is suitable for high-precision automatic film coating in laboratories, and is used for film preparation and prototyping in university research institutes, as well as in laboratories for new materials, lithium batteries, adhesives, and hot-melt adhesives.
Product Features
1) The surface is made of hard-treated aluminum alloy, offering high hardness and wear resistance. The flatness of the tabletop is inspected using imported high-precision instruments.
2) Equipped with a well-known brand micro-adjuster, ensuring high precision in film thickness control.
3) Features a flip cover-type scraper coating head for easy cleaning.
4) Paired with a high-precision coating applicator and an original imported wire-wound rod for uniform and accurate coating.
5) Controlled via a touch screen panel for simple operation.
6) Allows free adjustment of coating length and speed.
7) Includes a vacuum adsorption function, suitable for coating flexible substrates such as films.
How It Works
The working principle of the automatic coating machine is to uniformly coat the sample onto the substrate by controlling the coating head and coating parameters, forming the desired film. This coating machine adopts two coating methods—wire bar and scraper—combined with a vacuum suction function to achieve high-precision automatic coating.
Application Areas
For applications such as paint, ink, coatings, slurries, hot melt adhesives, lithium batteries, pressure-sensitive adhesives, resins, glues, and polymer materials, coating film sample preparation can be applied onto films, paperboards, aluminum foil, and copper foil through scraping.
