Working Principle
Automatic Film Applicator controls the Spreader head and Spreader parameters to evenly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film. The device uses a servo motor to drive the Spreader head, and cooperates with heating and Vacuum chuck functions to ensure the stability of the Spreader process and the uniformity of the film.

Operation steps
1) Select the bar or Blade Coating method according to the material; 2) Install the bar or drawdown blade; 3) Set the Spreader length and Spreader speed; 4) Place the substrate on the Spreader baseplate and turn on the Vacuum chuck to fix; 5) Start the Spreader program to complete the film; 6) Clean the Spreader head.
