HuiNuo PTM1100/01 is a small area automatic spray coating machine specially designed for polymer emulsion and other materials, using reciprocating lame plating structure. The equipment is equipped with a blue brand airbrush (0.3mm nozzle), adopts gravity type pot feeding, and is equipped with Platen Heating function (room temperature to 100 ℃). It supports spray gun XY reciprocating motion. The traverse speed, lame plating times and pause time can be programmed, and the nozzle height can be flexibly adjusted. Working Principle

Operation steps
1. Connect power and air source, set lame plating air pressure (0.1 - 0.29 MPA)
2. Add the paint to the gravity type upper pot (capacity 7ml) and adjust the paint output
3. Place the substrate in the Platen Heating area and set the heating temperature as required (room temperature to 100 ° C).
4. Set lame plating parameters through Touchscreen: traverse speed, lame plating times, pause time (0 - 60 minutes)
5. Adjust the nozzle height to adapt to the substrate Film thickness
6. Start the device and start the automatic lame plating cycle
7. After finishing, take out the sample and clean the brush and pot body.
Precautions
- This equipment is suitable for liquid materials with low viscosity, no particles or fine particles (recommended less than 0.1mm)
