HuiNuo HN-SUN-SE Lab water purifier is specially designed for the daily water needs of the laboratory. It adopts advanced reverse osmosis (RO) (RO) water treatment technology and a four-stage precision filtrate system to use municipal tap water as the water source to stably produce pure water that meets the three-level water standard. The equipment has a compact structure and a built-in 10G large-capacity pressure bucket to realize fully automatic water production and storage. It is an economical and reliable basic pure water solution for various laboratories.

Working Principle
The equipment uses municipal tap water as the water source and is purified step by step through a four-stage precision filtrate system. The first-stage PP filter element filters out sediment, rust and other particulate matter (PM) greater than 1 micron; the second-stage CTO activated carbon filter element removes odor, residual chlorine and some heavy metals; the third-stage RO reverse osmosis (RO) membrane has a pore size of only 0.0001 microns, which efficiently filters out organic matter, heavy metals ions, bacteria, viruses and other impurities. The desalination rate is over 96%; the fourth-stage ultra-purified column further improves the water quality, and the effluent resistivity can reach more than 15MΩ · cm. The entire water production and water storage process is automatically controlled by the intelligence system to ensure high efficiency and stability.

Operation steps
1. Confirm that the raw water quality meets the requirements, and choose pre-treatment equipment if necessary.
2. Connect the municipal tap water source and connect the power supply.
3. The equipment fully automates water production and storage without manual intervention.
4. Monitor the effluent quality (conductivity) in real time through the digital display panel.
5. Replace the pretreatment filter element (PP filter element, CTO activated carbon filter element, ultra-purified column) as needed.
Precautions
- It is recommended to confirm the quality of the raw water before use. If the TDS of the raw water exceeds 200mg/L or the residual chlorine, iron, manganese and other indicators exceed the standard, enhanced pre-treatment equipment should be selected.
- Raw water or operating conditions that do not meet specifications may cause contamination or damage to the membrane module, affecting the performance and life of the equipment, which is not covered by the quality assurance.
The equipment is a pressure-type closed system, and it is necessary to ensure that the pipeline connection is correct and well sealed.
The replacement of the filter element should be carried out according to the operating specifications to avoid polluting the water quality.
Regularly check the operating status of the equipment and deal with abnormal situations in a timely manner.
