HuiNuo HN-SUN-3DZ laboratory ultrapure water machine is designed for laboratory applications with high water quality requirements. Using advanced secondary reverse osmosis (RO) (RO) water treatment technology and secondary Resin purification process, municipal tap water is used as the water source to produce ultrapure water (resistivity ≥ 10MΩ · cm) that meets the first-class water standard stably. The water production rate of the equipment is up to about 100 liters/hour, and the standard external 10G pressure bucket and 80L large-capacity liquid storage bucket meet the continuous and large-scale water consumption needs of the laboratory.

Working Principle
The equipment uses municipal tap water as the water source. First, it is pretreated with PP precision filter and CTO activated carbon filter to remove impurities, odors, and residual chlorine greater than 1 micron. Subsequently, the water passes through the primary and secondary reverse osmosis (RO) (RO) membranes in turn. The pore size of the RO membrane is only 0.0001 microns, which can effectively remove fine impurities, colloids, organic matter, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, etc. The two-stage tandem design improves the desalination rate to more than 96%. Finally, it is purified through the secondary Resin filtrate system, and the high-quality brand terminal filter material is used to further remove ions, so that the effluent resistivity is stable to ≥ 10MΩ · cm.

Operation steps
1. Connect the equipment to the required municipal tap water source to ensure that the inlet pressure is appropriate.
2. Install the external 10G pressure bucket and 80L liquid storage bucket, and connect the pipeline.
3. Turn on the power supply, and the device automatically enters the water production state.
4. Observe the digital display panel to monitor the conductivity and resistivity of pure water in real time.
5. When the water storage tank is full, the equipment automatically stops; when the water level drops, the water production is automatically restarted.
6. Replace the pretreatment filter element and Resin filtrate column regularly according to the usage.
7. If you need to stop using it, you can close the water inlet valve and power supply.
Precautions
- This equipment has certain requirements for raw water supply conditions, and changes in raw water conditions and working conditions will lead to changes in equipment capacity.
- Raw water and working conditions that do not meet the parameters may cause contamination and damage to the RO membrane module, which is not covered by the quality assurance.
If it is necessary to operate beyond the specifications, a suitable pre-processor must be selected to improve the quality of the raw water.
The pretreated filter element is replaceable and requires regular maintenance to ensure water quality.
Make sure that the equipment operates at the required pressure to avoid idling damage.
