HuiNuo HN-UV/SUN-3DZ laboratory ultra-pure water machine is specially designed for laboratory applications with high water quality requirements. Using advanced secondary reverse osmosis (RO) (RO) water treatment technology and secondary Resin purification process, using municipal tap water as the water source, it can simultaneously produce ultrapure water (resistivity > 10MΩ · cm) that meets the first-class water standard and pure water that meets the third-class water standard. The water production speed of the equipment is as high as about 100 liters/hour, and the standard external 10G pressure bucket and 200L large-capacity liquid storage bucket, the ultra-pure water output flow rate reaches 17L/min, fully meeting the continuous, large-scale and multi-scene water demand of the laboratory.

Working Principle
This equipment uses municipal tap water as raw water and is filtered through a four-stage core treatment unit. First, the raw water is pretreated by PP precision filter element and CTO activated carbon filter element to remove sediment, rust, odor, residual chlorine, etc. Subsequently, the water enters the primary RO reverse osmosis (RO) membrane (pore size 0.0001 microns) for preliminary desalination, removing most of the organic matter, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, etc., and then passes through the secondary RO reverse osmosis (RO) membrane for secondary fine filtration, and the cumulative desalination rate reaches more than 96%. Finally, the water is purified by secondary Resin filtrate (ultra-purified column), using high-quality brand terminal filter material, and the effluent resistivity ≥ 10MΩ · cm to ensure stable water quality.

This equipment has certain requirements for raw water supply conditions, and changes in raw water conditions and working conditions will result in changes in water production capacity.
- Failure to meet raw water parameters and working conditions may lead to contamination and damage of RO membrane modules, and damage to equipment performance due to non-standard operation is not covered by quality assurance.
If it is necessary to operate beyond the specifications, a suitable pre-processor must be selected to improve the quality of the raw water.
