HuiNuo TM1300mini is a small High Accuracy automatic film equipment specially designed for the glove box environment. It replaces the traditional manual scraping method to achieve high efficiency and good repeability accuracy of film coating through automated control. Working Principle
The device drives the planetary gear reducer through a closed-loop stepper motor, which drives the rack and pinion transmission system to make the Spreader head move smoothly on the cemented aluminum alloy table. The bar coating method, combined with the Vacuum chuck fixed substrate, and the Platen Heating function are used to realize the automatic operation of film coating, ensuring the high efficiency and good repeability accuracy of the Spreader process.

Operation steps
1. Put the equipment in the glove box or through the transition compartment.
2. Turn on the power and turn on the color LCD Touchscreen.
3. Select the Chinese and English interface and set the Spreader length and speed.
4. Place the substrate on the table and turn on the Vacuum chuck function to fix the substrate.
5. For heating, set the Platen Heating temperature (RT to 180 degrees).
6. Install bar and start the Spreader program.
7. After the Spreader is finished, close the Vacuum chuck and remove the substrate.
8. Clean bar and countertops.
9. Turn off the power.
Precautions
Make sure the equipment is properly secured before operating in the glove box.
- When using Vacuum chuck, confirm that the substrate completely covers the vacuum hole.
- When heating the baseplate, avoid contact with high-temperature surfaces to prevent burns.
Regularly check the transmission system components to maintain cleanliness and lubrication.
- When replacing the bar, pay attention to gentle operation to avoid damage.
It is strictly forbidden to clean or maintain the equipment while it is in operation.
