Overview
The AMITTARI AT-180B belt tension meter is an instrument used for the measurement and adjustment of belt tension. During the measurement and adjustment, the tension of the belt is displayed on the instrument in real time. At the same time, the indicator light and different voices prompt whether the tension is within or outside the set value, which is convenient for users to operate. There is no need to stare at the displayed value at all times. The instrument can automatically store the upper and lower limits of belt tension, Measurement unit and correction results. The data will not be lost after shutting down or removing the battery. Mainly used in automobile belt tension measurement, it can also be used for tension data detection and adjustment of ribbon, filamentous, linear, mesh and wide objects.
Features
1. Metric/imperial unit conversion.
2. With automatic shutdown and manual shutdown functions.
3. With MAX Maximum latch, under-voltage alarm indication function.
4. Use USB data cable output to communicate with PC.
5. Provide Bluetooth data output selection.
Principle
The belt tension meter displays the data on the instrument by measuring the tension of the belt in real time, and uses indicator lights and sounds to prompt the tension status (such as Low, OK, Hi) to help users quickly judge and adjust. The instrument has a built-in storage function to save the set value and calibrate the data to ensure the durability of the data.
Applications
Automotive, Spinning & weaving Chemical Fiber, Wire and cable, Metal Wire, Plastic film, paper, printing, film
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power.
2. Select Measurement unit (Metric or Imperial).
3. Probe placed on the belt for measurement.
4. Observe the display value and indicator light/sound prompt to judge the tension state.
5. Adjust the belt tension as required.
6. Manual or automatic shutdown after use.
Notice
* Operating Environment Temperature should be 0~ 50 ℃, Humidity < 85% RH.
The belt width should not exceed 36mm.
* Avoid overload use, the maximum load is 850N.
Pay attention to the battery undervoltage alarm and replace the battery in time.
Probes are placed correctly to avoid measurement errors.
