Overview
The SN-10 Force Gauge is a small and simple thrust and tension testing instrument produced by SUNDOO. It has the advantages of High Accuracy, easy operation and easy portability. It is equipped with a peak switching operation knob to indicate the peak load and continuous load value. It is also equipped with a tolerance belt indicator device to facilitate batch test readings. It is suitable for push-pull load testing in Electronics, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Building Hardware, Lighters and Ignition Devices, Fire Equipment, Pen Making, Locking, Fishing Tackle, Power Machinery, Scientific Research Institutions and other industries. It is a new generation of products to replace Tubular Force Gauge.
Features
1. Handheld design, compact size, simple operation, and can be used in combination with various fixtures
2. Pointer Indication, Easy Reading, High Test Accuracy
3. Peak protection function and continuous load indication can be switched freely
4. Tolerance band indicator device, which can achieve upper and lower limit setting
5. Newton and kilogram units (units can be customized) are displayed at the same time, no unit conversion is required
6. One-year warranty, long-term maintenance
7. Patent design, patent number: ZL200520074355.1
Principle
The Force Gauge converts the force value into a pointer indication on the dial by measuring the thrust or pull applied to the central axis. Equipped with a peak switching knob, the peak load holding or continuous load value indication can be realized, and the tolerance indicator belt can set the qualified range of the test value.
Applications
Electronics, Light Industry Spinning & weaving, Construction Hardware, Lighters and Ignition Devices, Fire Equipment, Pen Making, Lock Making, Fishing Tackle, Power Machinery, Scientific Research Institutions
Steps
1. Test preparation: Select the appropriate test connector fixture and install it on the Force Gauge
2. Tensile test: Install the attached tensile fixture to the central shaft marked with the pull [PULL] end
3. Compression test: Select the appropriate test fixture from the attached thrust fixture and install it on the central shaft marked with the [PUSH] end
4. Utilization of extended connecting rod: When the test object cannot be contacted, use the attached extended connecting rod to install the fixture
5. Switch knob operation: Gently press the switch knob down and turn to the left at the same time to switch to continuous load [TRACK], turn to the right to switch to peak load [PEAK]
6. Dial adjustment: swirl/spin scale adjustment circle to align the pointer with the [0] position of the dial
7. Tolerance indicator tape setting: Turn the two hands on the tolerance indicator to set the upper and lower tolerance limits required for the test
Notice
• When testing, please align the test object with the Force Gauge and then perform the test
• When testing with extended connectors, the object to be tested must be in the same line as the Force Gauge
• After the test is completed, please place the "·" mark of the toggle knob at the position of peak load [PEAK]
• If the switching knob is placed in the continuous load [TRACK] position for a long time, the service life of the internal zero spring will be shortened
• When this instrument is placed vertically, even if no load is applied, the pointer will deviate from the [0] bit. The swirl/spin scale should be adjusted to align the [0] of the dial with the pointer before testing
