Overview
The SN-30 Force Gauge is a small and simple thrust and tension testing instrument produced by SUNDOO. It has the advantages of High Accuracy, easy operation and easy portability. It is equipped with a peak switching operation knob, which can realize the peak load indication and continuous load value indication. It is also equipped with a tolerance belt indicator device to facilitate batch test readings. Principle
The SN-30 Force Gauge indicates the load value through the pointer, and the user can freely switch between the peak load and the continuous load mode through the switching knob. During the test, the test object and the Force Gauge are placed in a straight line, thrust or pull is applied, and the internal spring plate and mechanical structure of the instrument respond to the load. The pointer displays the corresponding load value on the dial. The tolerance indicator belt can set the upper and lower limits. When the pointer is within the set range, it indicates that it is qualified, and when it is outside the range, it indicates that it is not qualified.

Steps
1. Test preparation: Select the appropriate test connector fixture and install it on the Force Gauge.
2. Tensile test: Install the attached tensile fixture onto the central shaft marking the pull [PULL] end.
3. Compression test: From the attached thrust fixture, select the appropriate test fixture and install it on the central shaft marked with the [PUSH] end.
4. Utilization of extended connecting rod: When the test object cannot be contacted, use the attached extended connecting rod to install the fixture.
5. Switch knob operation: Gently press the switch knob down and turn it to the left at the same time, so that the "·" mark of the knob is in the continuous load [TRACK] position; or turn it in the right direction, so that the knob pops up, and the "·" mark is in the peak load [PEAK] position. After the test is completed, the "·" mark of the switch knob should be placed in the peak load [PEAK] position.
6. Dial adjustment: swirl/spin scale adjustment circle, so that the pointer is aligned with the [0] position of the dial.
7. Tolerance indicator belt setting: Turn the two pointers on the tolerance indicator to set the upper and lower tolerance limits required for the test.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before using this instrument in order to fully utilize the functions of this instrument and obtain the correct load value during testing.
When testing, please align the object under test with the Force Gauge and then perform the test. If it is not aligned, the correct load value will not be obtained during the test.
- When using the extended connecting rod test, the test object and the Force Gauge need to be on the same line. If it is not always online, the correct load value will not be obtained.
- Please place the "·" mark of the switching knob at the peak load [PEAK] position after the test is completed. If the switching knob is placed in the continuous load [TRACK] position for a long time, the service life of the internal zero spring will be shortened.
- When this instrument is placed vertically, especially when a fixture is installed, the pointer will deviate from the [0] position even if no load is applied, because of the weight of the instrument and the fixture. At this time, the swirl/spin scale should be adjusted to align the [0] of the dial with the pointer before testing.
