Overview
The SN-50 Force Gauge is a small and simple thrust and tension test instrument produced by SUNDOO. It has the advantages of High Accuracy, easy operation and easy portability. It is equipped with a peak switching operation knob, which can indicate the peak load and continuous load value. It is equipped with a tolerance belt indicator device to facilitate batch test readings. It is suitable for push-pull load testing in Electronics, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Construction Hardware, Lighters and Ignition Devices, Fire Equipment, Pen Making, Locking, Fishing Tackle, Power Machinery, Scientific Research Institutions and other industries. It is a new generation of products to replace tubular Force Gauge.
Features
1. Handheld design, compact size, simple operation, and can be used in combination with various fixtures.
2. Pointer indication, easy reading, high test Accuracy;
3. Peak protection function and continuous load indication can be switched freely.
4. Tolerance belt indicator device, which can achieve upper and lower limit setting;
5. Newton and kilogram units (units can be customized) are displayed at the same time, without unit conversion;
6. One-year warranty, long-term maintenance;
7. Design, patent number: ZL200520074355.1.
Principle
The Force Gauge is tested in tension or compression by installing the appropriate fixture. When testing, the test object and the Force Gauge are aligned to ensure the correct load value. The instrument has a toggle knob to switch between peak load and continuous load modes, and is equipped with a dial and tolerance indicator tape to adjust the zero point and set the test tolerance range.
Applications
Electronics, Light Industry Spinning & weaving, Construction Hardware, Lighters and Ignition Devices, Fire Equipment, Pen Making, Lock Making, Fishing Tackle, Power Machinery, Scientific Research Institutions
Steps
1. Test preparation: Select the appropriate test connector fixture and install it on the Force Gauge.
2. Tensile test: Install the attached tensile fixture onto the central shaft marking the pull [PULL] end.
3. Compression test: From the attached thrust fixture, select the appropriate test fixture and install it on the central axis marked with the [PUSH] end.
4. Utilization of extended connecting rod: When the test object cannot be contacted, use the attached accelerating connecting rod to install the fixture to ensure that the test object is in the same line as the Force Gauge.
5. Confirmation and operation method of switching knob: Gently press down the knob and turn left to switch to continuous load [TRACK], or turn right to switch to peak load [PEAK]; after testing, the knob mark is placed at the peak load [PEAK] position.
6. Dial adjustment: swirl/spin scale adjustment circle to align the pointer with the dial [0] position, vertical placement needs to consider the weight adjustment.
7. Tolerance indicator belt setting: Rotate the two pointers on the tolerance indicator to set the upper and lower limits of the tolerance, and the pointer is a qualified value within the range.
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before using this instrument in order to fully utilize the function and obtain the correct load value.
When testing, please align the object under test with the Force Gauge, otherwise the correct load value cannot be obtained.
• When using the extended connecting rod for testing, the test object and the Force Gauge must be in the same line, otherwise the correct load value cannot be obtained.
• After the test is completed, please place the "·" mark of the switching knob in the peak load [PEAK] position. If it is placed in the continuous load [TRACK] position for a long time, the service life of the internal zero spring will be shortened.
• When this instrument is placed vertically, even if no load is applied, the pointer may deviate from the [0] bit. You need to adjust the swirl/spin scale to align the [0] bit before testing.
