Overview
The SKN-2 Force Gauge is a small and simple thrust and tension testing instrument produced by SUNDOO. It has the advantages of High Accuracy, easy operation and easy portability. It is equipped with a peak switching operation knob, which can indicate the peak load and continuous load value. It also has a tolerance band indicator device to facilitate batch test readings. It is suitable for push-pull load testing in Electronics, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Construction Hardware, Lighters and Ignition Devices, Fire Equipment, Pen Making, Locking, Fishing Tackle, Power Machinery, Scientific Research Institutions and other industries. It is a new generation of products to replace Tubular Force Gauge.
Features
1. Handheld design, compact size, simple operation, and can be used in combination with various fixtures.
2. Pointer indication, easy reading, high test Accuracy;
3. Peak protection function and continuous load indication can be switched freely.
4. Tolerance belt indicator device, which can achieve upper and lower limit setting;
5. Newton and kilogram units (units can be customized) are displayed at the same time, without unit conversion;
6. One-year warranty, long-term maintenance;
7. Design, patent number: ZL200520074355.1.
Principle
The Force Gauge performs tensile or compression tests with a center axis mounting fixture to ensure that the test object is in line with the Force Gauge to obtain the correct load value. The instrument has a toggle knob to switch between peak load and continuous load modes, the pointer indicates the dial reading, and the upper and lower limits can be set by the tolerance indicator belt for passing judgment.
Applications
Electronics, Light Industry Spinning & weaving, Construction Hardware, Lighters and Ignition Devices, Fire Equipment, Pen Making, Lock Making, Fishing Tackle, Power Machinery, Scientific Research Institutions
Steps
1. Select the appropriate test joint fixture and install it on the Force Gauge.
2. Tensile test: Install the attached tensile fixture to the central shaft marking the pull [PULL] end;
3. Compression test: from the attached thrust fixture, select the appropriate test fixture and install it on the central shaft marked with the [PUSH] end.
4. Utilization of the extended connecting rod: When the test object cannot be contacted, use the attached extended connecting rod to install the fixture to ensure that the test object is on the same line as the Force Gauge;
5. Switch knob operation: After gently pressing down, turn left to switch to continuous load [TRACK], or turn right to switch to peak load [PEAK]. After the test, the knob mark is placed at the peak load [PEAK] position;
6. Dial adjustment: swirl/spin scale adjustment circle aligns the pointer with the dial [0] position, and needs to be adjusted to compensate for its own weight when used vertically;
7. Tolerance indicator belt setting: Rotate the two pointers on the tolerance indicator to set the upper and lower limits, and the pointers are qualified values within the range.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before testing.
- When testing, please align the object under test with the Force Gauge.
- When testing with an extended connecting rod, ensure that the object under test is in the same line as the Force Gauge.
- After the test is completed, please place the "·" mark of the switching knob in the peak load [PEAK] position to avoid being placed in the continuous load [TRACK] position for a long time;
- When used vertically, the swirl/spin scale adjustment circle is required to align the pointer with the [0] bit to compensate for the weight;
- The working environment needs no source and corrosion medium around.
