Overview
SHB-2B Tension and Compression Force Gauge is a small and simple thrust and tension testing instrument produced by SUNDOO, with the characteristics of High Accuracy and High resolution. The digital display Force Gauge is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry. It is suitable for push-pull load testing, plug-and-pull force testing and failure testing of various products. It can be combined with a machine and a fixture to form a small testing machine.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution
2. Free setting and judgment of upper and lower deviation values, red and green indicator lights and buzzer automatic sound and light alarm settings
3. Test direction display
4. Blue backlight can be switched on and off
5. It can store 10 sets of test data and automatically calculate the average value of the stored data
6. Three units N, kgf, lbf are automatically converted
7. The data on the LCD screen can be flipped and displayed
8. With peak hold function, peak automatic release function and free release time setting
9. Power-saving design for automatic shutdown without operation, free shutdown time setting
10. Serial port (Mini RS-232C) output, connected to the computer can realize the Linear dispersion test function, connected to the printer can print 10 sets of stored test data and MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average value, qualified or unqualified value judgment, connect the dedicated machine to achieve When the predetermined stop value is reached, the machine stops moving
Principle
The Force Gauge detects the push-pull force signal through the external Sensor, converts the physical quantity into an electrical signal, and displays the measurement result on the digital display screen after internal processing. With automatic calculation, storage and data output functions, it can be connected to external devices through the serial port to achieve extended applications.
