Overview
SHB-100B Pull and Compress Force Gauge is a small and simple digital display thrust and tensile test instrument produced by SUNDOO, with High Accuracy and high resolution. It is suitable for push-pull load test, plug-in force test and failure test of various products. It can be combined with machine and fixture to form a small testing machine. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, easy portability and multi-function.

1. High Accuracy and high resolution;
2. The upper and lower limit deviation values are freely set and judged, and the red and green indicator lights and buzzer are automatically set for sound and light alarm;

10. Serial port (Mini RS-232C) output, connected to the computer can realize the Linear dispersion test function, connected to the printer can print 10 sets of stored test data and MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average value, qualified or unqualified value judgment, connect the dedicated machine to achieve the machine stops moving when the predetermined stop value is reached.
Principle
SHB-100B Pull and Compress Force Gauge measures the push and pull force through the external Sensor structure. The Measurement range is 10%~ 100% FS, and the Indication Error is less than +/- 0.5%. It adopts digital display, the load Graduation is 0.05N, the maximum Measured value is 100N, and the signal is processed through the built-in circuit to realize Data storage, unit conversion and alarm functions.

Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use.
2. Connect the power supply or ensure that the battery is charged.
3. Set the upper and lower limit deviation value, peak release time or automatic shutdown time as needed;
4. Perform a push-pull load test, and the instrument automatically displays the test direction, data, and may trigger a sound and light alarm.
5. Store test data and connect it to a computer, printer, or dedicated machine for further processing.
