Overview
SHB-500B digital tensile testing device is a small and simple thrust and tensile testing instrument produced by SUNDOO, with the characteristics of High Accuracy and High Resolution. It is a general-purpose Portable push-pull load testing instrument, which is small in size, light in weight and easy to carry. It is suitable for push-pull load testing, plug-in force testing and failure testing of various products.
Features
1. High Accuracy and resolution
2. Free setting and judgment of upper and lower deviation values, red and green indicator lights and buzzer automatic sound and light alarm settings
3. Test direction display
4. Blue backlight can be switched on and off
5. Can store 10 sets of test data and automatically calculate the average value of the stored data
6. Three units N, kgf, lbf are automatically converted
7. The data on the LCD screen can be flipped and displayed
8. With peak hold function, peak automatic release function and free setting of release time
9. Power-saving design of automatic shutdown without operation, free shutdown time setting
10. Serial port (Mini RS-232C) output, connected to the computer can realize the Linear dispersion test function, connected to the printer can print 10 sets of stored test data and MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average value, pass or fail value judgment, connect the dedicated machine to achieve When the predetermined stop value is reached, the machine stops moving
Principle
The device converts the measurement signal into digital display through external Sensor measurement of push-pull load. Using digital display, Measurement range is 10%~ 100% FS, Indication Error is less than +/- 0.5%. With peak holding and automatic calculation functions, data connection and machine control can be realized through serial port output.
Applications
Push-pull load testing, insertion force testing, and failure testing of various products
Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use
2. Connect the power supply or ensure that the battery is fully charged
3. Set the upper and lower limit deviation values, unit conversion and other parameters as needed
4. Conduct push-pull load testing
5. Connect a computer, printer or dedicated machine through a serial port to achieve extended functions
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use
• Make sure the battery is fully charged. Charging time is about 4 hours
• Note that the battery life is about 40 hours, and the standby time is about 3 months.
• Avoid exceeding the maximum Measured value of 500N
Periodic Inspection of Sensors and Connections
