Overview
SHB-500 Force Gauge is a digital display Force Gauge produced by SUNDOO, which is a small and simple thrust and tension test instrument. It has the characteristics of High Accuracy and High Resolution, and is suitable for push-pull load test, plug-in force test and failure test of various products. It can be combined with machine and fixture to form a small testing machine.

The upper and lower deviation values are freely set and judged, and the red and green indicator lights and buzzers are automatically set for sound and light alarm; 3. The test direction is displayed; 4. The blue backlight can be switched on and off; 5. It can store 10 groups of test data and automatically calculate the average value of the stored data; 6. Serial port (Mini RS-232C) output, connected to the computer can realize Linear dispersion test function, and connected to the printer can print 10 sets of stored tests Data and MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average value, qualified or unqualified value judgment, connecting the dedicated machine to achieve the machine stops moving when the predetermined stop value is reached.
Principle
The SHB-500 Force Gauge uses a built-in Sensor to detect push and pull forces, convert physical forces into electrical signals, and display the Measured value on the digital display screen after processing. It supports a variety of functions such as peak hold, Data storage and unit conversion, and realizes connection and data transmission to external devices through serial output.

Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use; 2. Connect the power supply or ensure that the battery is charged; 3. Set the upper and lower deviation values, units, backlights and other parameters as needed; 4. Carry out push-pull load test; 5. View the display data and use the peak hold or storage function to record the results; 6. Connect the computer, printer or special machine through the serial port for data output or control.
