Overview
SHB-100K Tension and Compression Force Gauge is a small and simple thrust and tension test instrument produced by SUNDOO with High Accuracy and high resolution. It is suitable for push-pull load test, plug-in force test, failure test of various products, and can be combined with machine and fixture to form a small test machine. It is a multi-functional High Accuracy push-pull force test instrument.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution;
2. The upper and lower limit deviation values are freely set and judged, and the red and green indicator lights and buzzer are automatically set for sound and light alarm;

4. The blue backlight can be switched on and off.
5. It can store 10 sets of test data and automatically calculate the average value of the stored data.
6. Three units N, kgf, and lbf are automatically converted;

10. The serial port Mini RS-232C output can be connected to the computer to realize the Linear dispersion test function, and the printer can print 10 sets of stored test data and MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average value, qualified or unqualified value judgment. When the machine reaches the predetermined stop value, the machine stops moving.
Principle
SHB-100K Pull and Compress Force Gauge measures the push and pull load through the S-type external Sensor, and the Measurement range is 10%~ 100% FS. The instrument adopts digital display, the load Graduation is 0.05KN, the maximum Measured value is 100KN, and the Indication Error is less than +/- 0.5%. Data is collected through the Sensor and displayed on the LCD screen after internal processing, and supports Data storage, unit conversion and alarm functions.

Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use.
2. Connect the power supply or ensure that the battery is fully charged.
3. Set the upper and lower limit deviation values, units, backlights and other parameters as needed;
4. Conduct push-pull force testing, and the instrument automatically displays and stores data.
5. It can be connected to a computer, printer, or dedicated machine for data transmission and control through a serial port.
