Overview
SP-2 Force Gauge is a small and simple thrust and tensile testing instrument produced by SUNDOO. It has High Accuracy and high resolution. It uses 240 × 320TFT color screen to display the whole process of Linear dispersion monitoring and testing. The instrument is suitable for push-pull load testing, plug-in force testing, failure testing, etc. of various products. It can be combined with a machine and a fixture to form a small testing machine.
Features
1. 240 × 320 pixel 65535 color TFT screen
2. Peak value, real-time value and test process Linear dispersion display on the same screen, can monitor and trace the whole test process
3. Free setting of upper and lower deviation values
4. The screen can be flipped to display
5. Can store 3 sets of Linear dispersion data
6. Can store 70 sets of peak and tracking value data
7. Four units N, kgf, lbf, and ozf are automatically exchanged
8. With peak hold function, peak automatic release function and free release time setting
9. Test the material strength by entering the material cross-sectional area
10. Power-saving design for automatic shutdown without operation, free shutdown time setting
11. It can be connected to a dedicated machine to stop running when the predetermined force value is reached
12, USB port hot plug connection PC, through the supporting software to achieve a variety of modes of measurement, unlimited storage, transfer, traceability test Linear dispersion data and custom test reports
Principle
The SP-2 Force Gauge displays real-time data on the TFT screen through built-in Sensor measurement of push-pull force value, and supports Linear dispersion monitoring and testing the whole process. The instrument can set the upper and lower deviation values, automatically alarm through the buzzer, and have the functions of peak hold and automatic release.
Applications
Push-pull load testing, insertion force testing, and failure testing of various products
Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use
2. Connect the power supply or battery
3. Set the upper and lower limit deviation values and alarm parameters
4. Conduct a push-pull test
5. Monitoring test process and Linear dispersion through screen
6. Store test data and Linear dispersion
7. Connect to a PC for data transmission and analysis
