Overview
SP-5 Force Gauge is a small and simple thrust and tension test instrument produced by SUNDOO with High Accuracy and high resolution. It uses 240 × 320TFT color screen display, which can monitor the whole test process of Linear dispersion, support upper and lower limit deviation setting judgment, buzzer automatic alarm setting, and can store 3 groups of test Linear dispersion. The instrument has four units automatic interchange, peak hold function, wax value automatic release function and release time free setting, as well as power saving design of automatic shutdown without operation, and can be connected to PC through USB port hot plug. Principle
The SP-5 Force Gauge performs thrust or tension measurement through the built-in Sensor. The Measurement range is 10%~ 100% FS, and the Indication Error is less than +/- 0.5%. The instrument uses a graphic display to display the peak value, real-time value and test process Linear dispersion in real time, and supports upper and lower limit deviation setting and automatic alarm. The material strength can be calculated by entering the material cross-sectional area, and the data transmission and expansion function can be connected to the PC through the USB interface.

Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use.
2. Connect the power supply or ensure that the battery is fully charged.
3. Set the upper and lower limit deviation values and alarm settings as needed;
4. Conduct thrust or pull tests and monitor the screen display.
5. Linear dispersion or data storage test;
6. Optional connection to a dedicated machine or PC for expansion operation.
