Overview
SP-100 Force Gauge is a small and simple thrust and tension test instrument produced by SUNDOO, with the characteristics of High Accuracy and high resolution. It uses 240 × 320TFT color screen to display the whole process of Linear dispersion monitoring and testing, supports upper and lower limit deviation setting judgment, buzzer automatic alarm setting, can store 3 groups of test Linear dispersion, four units are automatically exchanged, with peak hold function, automatic release function and power saving design.

Principle
SP-100 Force Gauge converts the signal into digital display on the TFT screen through the built-in Sensor measurement of thrust or tensile load. During the test process, the peak value, real-time value and test Linear dispersion are displayed in real time, and the upper and lower limit deviation judgment and automatic alarm are supported. The instrument can be connected to a special machine for control operation, and communicates with the PC through the USB interface for Data storage and analysis.

Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use
2. Connect the power supply or ensure that the battery is fully charged
3. Set the upper and lower limit deviation value, unit, peak release time and other parameters as needed
4. Perform thrust or tensile tests, monitor Linear dispersion and values displayed on the screen
5. After the test is completed, the data can be stored or exported via USB connection to the PC
