Overview
SP-10K Force Gauge is a small and simple thrust and tensile testing instrument produced by SUNDOO, with High Accuracy and high resolution. The graphic Force Gauge adopts 240 × 320TFT color screen display, which can monitor the whole process of testing Linear dispersion. It is suitable for push-pull load test, plug-and-pull force test and failure test of various products, and can combine various machines and fixtures to form small testing machines for different purposes.

Principle
SP-10K Force Gauge adopts S-type external Sensor structure. Measurement range is 10%~ 100% FS. Sensor detects thrust or tensile load, converts the signal into electrical signal and displays test value and Linear dispersion in real time on TFT color screen. The instrument can set the upper and lower limit deviation values, and the buzzer will automatically alarm when the test value exceeds the set range.

Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use
2. Ensure that the working environment meets the requirements: Operating temperature 20 ℃ +/- 10 ℃, relative humidity 35% RH~ 65% RH, no vibration source and no corrosion medium around
3. Connect the power supply or ensure that the battery is fully charged
4. Set test parameters as needed: upper and lower limit deviation value, unit selection, peak release time, etc
5. Connect the testing device or fixture
6. Start testing and monitor real-time data and Linear dispersion displayed on the screen
7. Save data or export to PC after the test is completed

Make sure there are no vibration sources around the working environment

• Note that the battery life is about 40 hours, charge it in time
• Charging time is about 6 hours, using the matching charger
• It is recommended to shut down when not in use for a long time to save power
