Overview
SP-100K Force Gauge is a small and simple thrust and tension test instrument produced by SUNDOO. It has High Accuracy and high resolution. It uses 240 × 320TFT color screen to display the whole process of Linear dispersion monitoring and testing. It is suitable for push-pull load testing, plug-in force testing, failure testing of various products. The instrument can be combined with various machines and fixtures to form a small testing machine for different purposes. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight and convenient portability.

Principle
SP-100K Force Gauge adopts S-type Sensor external structure, Measurement range is 10%~ 100% FS, through Sensor detection of thrust or tension load, converts the signal into digital display on TFT color screen, real-time monitoring of test process Linear dispersion, and supports upper and lower deviation setting and automatic alarm of buzzer. The instrument can store test data and connect to PC through USB interface for data transmission and analysis.

Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use.
2. Connect the power supply or ensure that the battery is fully charged.
3. Set the upper and lower limit deviation value, unit, peak release time and other parameters as needed;
4. Perform thrust or tension tests, monitor real-time values and Linear dispersion displayed on the screen;
5. After the test is completed, view and store the Peak and Linear dispersion data;
6. Connect the PC to transfer data through the USB interface.
