Overview
TILO T60 + (5) Standard light source Color Assessment Cabinet is a five-Illuminant standard Color Assessment Cabinet equipped with five Illuminants: D65, TL84, CWF, F, and UV. As a new model of T60 (5), it adds a digital timer that can record the use time, name, and number of switches of each Illuminant, and allows Illuminant name changes. The baseplate is made of composite engineering plastics, which are non-yellowing, non-deforming, and non-paint-stripping, and have excellent durability.
Features
1. Display the usage time, name and number of switches of each Illuminant.
2. Illuminant automatic switching, with Metamerism function.
3. No preheating required, no flashing, ensuring fast and reliable evaluation of Color.
4. Low energy consumption, no heat generation, high luminous efficiency.
5. More complete British and American standards commonly used Illuminant, Illuminant name can be changed.
6. Composite engineering plastics are molded for production, without yellowing, deformation, or paint removal for more than ten years.
7. New International Appearance, integrated British and American light box advantages.
8. Seamless structure design, 100% no light leakage, no light transmission, avoid Illuminant interference.
9. Optional light baffle to prevent Illuminant eye stimulation, reduce visual fatigue.
10. Optional resilience mats to avoid scratching the countertop and increase Stability.
Principle
The Color Assessment Cabinet ensures that specimens, production, Quality control and acceptance are performed under the same lighting conditions by providing a Standard light source environment. Illuminant auto-switching and Metamerism help accurately calibrate Color deviations and produce stable light without preheating for fast and reliable Color evaluation.
Applications
Spinning & weaving, toys, printing and dyeing, plastics, paints, inks, printing, pigments, chemicals, ceramics, footwear, leather, Hardware, food, cosmetics
Standards
ASTM、BS、CIE、ISO、DIN、ANSI
Steps
1. Install the light box, refer to the installation flowchart.
2. Select the desired Illuminant, such as D65, TL84, etc.
3. Use digital timer to record Illuminant time, name and number of switches.
4. Color evaluation, color scheme proofing or color difference identification of the sample under Standard light source.
5. Optional light baffle or resilience foot pad to optimize the use experience.
Notice
• Make sure the light box is installed on the stable table to avoid tilting.
• Use a light barrier (optional) to reduce visual fatigue.
• Regularly check Illuminant status to ensure no light leakage or interference.
• Avoid use in humid or high temperature environments to prolong service life.
• Illuminant names can be custom changed, but follow the instructions.
