Overview
CHIJIU MYP11-2 thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer adopts aluminum alloy die-casting shell, microprocessor control, button operation, and has functions such as Rotation speed digital display, temperature digital display, and timing. Two digital display windows can display the stirring Rotation speed and liquid temperature at the same time, and the remaining time of timing and the temperature of the heating plate can also be displayed after switching. Driven by a three-phase brushless DC motor, the speed regulation ratio is large, the Rotation speed is stable, and the stirring force is strong. The heating plate temperature is automatically adjusted by the microprocessor, and the temperature control is accurate.

Principle
The three-phase brushless DC motor drives the magnetic stirrer swirl/spin to realize the stirring function, and the heating plate provides heating. The microprocessor automatically adjusts the heating plate temperature according to the set liquid temperature, and monitors the liquid temperature in real time through the platinum resistance Sensor to achieve accurate temperature control. It has a soft start function to prevent the stirrer from jumping, and a temperature protection function to prevent overheating accidents.
Steps
1. Connect the power cord and temperature sensor before use, place the Stirrer smoothly, place the beaker in the center of the heating plate, put in the stirrer, insert the temperature sensor, and turn on the power switch
2. Press the setting button to enter the setting mode, and set the stirring Rotation speed, timing time, heating plate temperature (usually no need to modify), liquid temperature in turn
3. After the setting is completed, press the stirring button to start the stirring function, and then press the heating button to start the heating function
4. During work, you can press the setting button to switch the display content, and press the up or down button to directly modify the stirring Rotation speed
5. When the timing ends, issue a beep and stop working
Notice
• Power sockets should be well grounded
• Stirrer heating stirring, heating plate temperature is very high, do not touch, to prevent burns, power cord and Sensor lead should also be away from the heating plate
• When operating the stirring, the liquid should be prevented from spilling on the instrument, and the surface of the instrument should be cleaned after each use. Damage caused by corrosion is not covered by the warranty
• It cannot be used as a heater alone, you need to start the stirring function first, and then start the heating function
If the mixing stops, the heating will automatically stop
• Rotation speed should not be too low when the temperature is set high
• No external Sensor, no heating
