Principle
The device drives the magnetic rotor through the brushless DC motor to drive the stirrer in the beaker to carry out swirl/spin stirring. At the same time, the beaker is heated by the built-in heater, and the temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the liquid medicine in real time. The Control system automatically adjusts the Heating power according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature (full Power heating when the temperature difference is greater than 15 ° C, and stepless adjustment between 20-400W through the knob when the temperature difference is less than 15 ° C) to achieve thermostatic stirring.

Steps
1. Connect the temperature sensor to the post behind the machine.
2. Put the beaker with the liquid medicine and stirrer in the middle of the table, and insert the temperature sensor head into the liquid medicine. After the speed and pressure regulation knobs are adjusted counterclockwise to the minimum, turn on the power supply.
3. Turn on the power switch, adjust the speed control knob clockwise to start stirring, and the right display window shows Rotation speed.
4. When heating is required, first turn the button switch to the "set" position, adjust the temperature setting knob to the target temperature, and then turn the switch to the "measurement" position. The heating indicator light is on, and the heater starts to heat. According to the temperature difference (> 15 ° C or < 15 ° C) and actual needs, adjust the Heating power (20-400W) through the pressure regulating knob.
5. If heating and temperature measurement are not required, do not connect the Sensor or dial the button switch up; if only temperature measurement is required without heating, the temperature setting value can be adjusted to be lower than room temperature.
6. After use, unplug the power supply, and clean and store the equipment after chilling down.
