Overview
SH05-3G thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer is an improved product of CHIJIU brand SH05-3 model. It adopts single-chip microcomputer control, and digitally sets the stirring Rotation speed, heating temperature, timing time and other parameters by touching the button, replacing the traditional potentiometer knob setting method. The device maintains the characteristics of brushless DC motor drive, stable Rotation speed and accurate temperature control, making it more convenient to use.

Principle
The device drives the stirrer to swirl/spin in the container through magnetic coupling to realize the stirring function. The heating plate provides a heat source, monitors the liquid temperature through a temperature sensor, and precisely controls the heating plate in combination with the temperature difference set by the user to achieve thermostatic control of the liquid temperature. Its temperature control logic takes into account factors such as container material, contact area, stirring amount, etc., and adjusts the maximum temperature of the heating plate by setting the temperature difference.

Steps
1. Place the device, connect the power supply and temperature sensor, place the beaker and stirrer, insert the temperature sensor, and turn on the power supply.
2. Press the setting button to enter the Rotation speed setting, and use the rise/fall key to set the required Rotation speed.
3. Press the setting button to enter the time setting, and use the rise/fall button to set the required time (set to "0" will be irregular).
4. Press the setting button to enter the temperature setting, and use the rise/fall button to set the liquid target temperature.
5. Press the setting button to enter the temperature difference setting, and use the rise/fall button to set the required temperature difference value.
6. Press the setting button twice to return, the Rotation speed indicator light is on, and the setting is completed.
7. Press the stir button to start stirring, and the stir indicator light is on.
8. Press the heating button to start heating, and the heating indicator light and heating indicator light are on.
9. When stopping, press the heating button to stop heating in the heating state; then press the stirring button to stop stirring and heating at the same time.
10. Press the Settings button to view the real-time Rotation speed, remaining time, liquid temperature or heating plate temperature when different indicators are on.
11. Press the stirring button again after stopping, and the device will run according to the last set data.
12. In the working state, you can press the up/down button to temporarily adjust the stirring Rotation speed (do not store).
13. When you need to reset parameters other than Rotation speed, turn off the stirring button first, and then press the setting button to set the corresponding item.
14. There will be an alarm sound at the end of the timing.
Notice
• Power sockets should be well grounded.
• When stirring, the beaker should not be too full to prevent overflow.
• The temperature of the heating plate is very high, and the power cord, Sensor lead, etc. should be kept away and do not touch.
If the device is not in use for a long time, it should be unplugged.
