Overview
SH23-2 thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer uses brushless DC motor and strong magnetic steel to achieve stepless speed regulation and strong stirring force. Equipped with electric contact mercury-filledthermometer to automatically control the heating temperature, Stepless adjustable Heating power, Stirring Rotation speed digital display, the shell is made of aluminum alloy, suitable for chemical industry, scientific research, teaching and other fields.

Principle
The strong magnetic steel is driven by the brushless DC motor to drive the stirrer swirl/spin in the beaker to realize stirring. Power is adjustable when the heater heats up during heating; automatic temperature control detects the temperature of the liquid medicine through the electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer, and automatically stops heating when the preset temperature is reached, and automatically resumes heating when it is lower than the preset temperature.

Steps
1. Place the Stirrer smoothly, put the beaker in the center of the working plate, put in the stirrer, adjust the knob to the minimum, connect the power supply, turn on the switch, and adjust the speed control knob clockwise to the desired Rotation speed
2. When heating is required, switch the rear button up and adjust the temperature speed knob to control the Heating power
3. When automatically controlling the temperature, connect the electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer lead, insert the thermometer into the liquid medicine and fix it, and automatically control the temperature when the preset temperature is reached
4. Use the plug to remove the power supply, chill down and clean the appearance for collection

1. The power socket should be well grounded
2. Avoid use in humid environments
3. The beaker should not be too full to prevent overflow when stirring
4. Not to be used as a heater alone
